ATTENTION! Observe the safety and as-
sembly instructions in order to avoid the
risk of injury or damaging the product.
Important: Read these instructions care

fully and thoroughly. Keep these instruc-
tions to read through at a later date. If
you give the product to anyone else at
some point in the future, please ensure
you also pass on this manual.
Keep small parts out of the reach of
children. Pay attention especially when
unpacking it. Keep plastic bags and other
packaging away from children reach. Dan-
ger of Suffocation!
Check the delivery for completeness.
Later complaints cannot be accepted.
Check all elements and parts for dam-
ages. Despite careful checks since may
happen that even the best product takes
damage during the transport. In this case,
do not build up of your product. Defective
parts can endanger your health.
Never modify the product! Changes will
void the warranty and the product may
be unsafe or even dangerous.
Operating Notes
Heat up
• Before making any tea, warm the pot
with hot water.
• Never heat the pot empty (never place
it empty on the hot stove).
It can crack and make the pot useless.
Even large temperature differences dam
-
age the pot, for example, rapid heating
and cooling.
• If you prepare the water for the tea,
then make sure to fill the pot only up to
80%.
• Although the handle of the teapot is
heat-protected, be sure to use a dish
towel for the lid when pouring the hot
tea. This will help you to avoid hand burns
that could be caused by spills.
Hold the teapot only by its handle.
• After use, you should pour out the re

maining liquid. Let the teapot cool down.

• This product is not suitable for micro

waves.
• If the teapot is damaged or cracked, do
not use the product anymore.
Important care instructions for a long
service life
• Before first use, it is advisable to fill the
cast-iron teapot several times with hot
water and pour it out again.
• Carefully dry the still warm jug inside
and out with a soft cloth so that the
enamel coating does not scrape and no
rust forms.
• Dry the cast-iron teapot with the lid
open in a warm place.
