5 Programming the system

5.1 Expert mode
Expert programming mode is intended for use by experienced service engineers. This applies
especially to the programming of DECT facilities, as even slight mistakes can lead to serious
consequences for the entire PABX system.
Loading data
When loading data into the system, proceed as follows:
Re-load the DECT customer data (data copy) without reloading the peripheral data.
Re-load the DECT customer data, e.g. by using the Container Manager program.
Continue to use the peripheral data currently stored in the EEPROM. These must logically
match the DECT customer data.
Load new DECT customer data (altered system configuration generation) without loading
the associated peripheral data.
Load the DECT customer data, e.g. by using the Container Manager program.
You can use TOD F0E to show the "first start-up / Erstanlauf" note in the customer data; a
repeated "Start-up" at this point would now delete all key and device settings stored in the
PST's EEPROM!
