“Messages” Menu

Short messages

: A list of all the

short messages that have been sent
to you by other subscribers using
the Virtual Phone is displayed (with
the senders' names). Select an
entry: A drop-down menu appears
that enables you to view the mes-
sage (content, sender, date sent) or
delete a particular message or the
entire list. Use the arrow keys to
scroll in viewing mode.

E-Mail:

You see the list (senders) of

e-mails received. Select an entry:
you see a selection menu enabling
you to view the e-mail (subject text,
sender, date), delete the selected e-
mail, or delete the entire list of e-
mails. Use the arrow keys to scroll
through the viewing function.

Appointments

: You view the status

of both appointments. To program
an appointment, select one with the
arrow keys and press

OK

. Under

Time

you can enter the time the

appointment reminder is to be acti-
vated. Select

Reason

to enter the

reason for the appointment. Select

Repeat

to determine whether the

appointment reminder should be
activated once, only on weekdays,
only at the weekend or every day.
