4.5.  REPLACING THE EVAPORATOR FAN 

 

a) Remove the screws that mount the fan guard. 
b) Unscrew the finger guard, open the panel and unscrew the motor fan  

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

a)  Remove the fan/motor assembly. 
b)  Remove the fan wires from the terminal block. 
c)  Cut the wires close to the motor. 
d)  Mount the fan to the brace with four screws. 
e)  Attach the end of  the wires  of  the fan  to  the  old  wires  and  pull  the  wires  from  the 

control compartment to route them correctly. 

f)  Remove the old wires. 
g)  Connect the wires to the terminal block. 
h)  Close the panel. 
i)  Reinstall the fan guard. 

4.6.  REPLACING THE DOOR SWITCH 

4.6.1  GBF-3GN2/3 (smallest self-contained unit) 

a)  Remove the front panel (see page 23). 
b)  Remove door switch mounting screws. 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

c)  Disconnect the switch wires from terminals 48 & 49 on the main control. 
d)  Remove the switch. 
e)  Reinstall new switch by reversing the above steps 

4.6.2  Units from  5 up to 18 shelves
