4. Remember to forget to grip.
It is a habit and a bad one, this can take a day or two to get used to and relapses can still
occur thereafter. There is no need to have your fingers actually on the buttons, rest the
edge of your hand on a table and however it feels most comfortable, try and position it in
the mouse like that. A little test: with both hands, stretch the fingers open until they are
straight, hold for a second and relax. Do this 3 times and then look at both hands in the
elaxed position. If the mousing hand is more closed
