AIR HEATER
The air may also be distributed by means of ducts, which
are appropriately connected to the outlet from the heater.
The ducts must ensure the required air flow.
After the cup or ducts distributing the hot air are connected,
check whether:
• Fan motor does not consume more power than the
permissible maximum value.
• The incineration chamber and the hot air exchanger are
sufficiently cooled off and there is no overheating.
CONNECTION OF THE EXHAUST CHIMNEY
The heating efficiency and the appropriate functioning are
directly related to the proper chimney draught. Make sure
that the distance between the heater and the chimney is as
short as possible, and do not create closed bends or
limitations in the chimney part. If the heater is not
connected to the external chimney, equip it with a vertical
steel exhaust duct.
OPERATION
SWITCHING ON THE HEATING MODE
• Set the change-over switch (2) in the “0” position, connect
the heater to the electrical socket (see table with the data
for electrical voltage).
• If the heater is to be switched on and off manually, set the
change-over switch (2) to the position, the burner will be
switched on and will heat up the incineration chamber, after
the temperature set on the thermostat TV is exceeded, the
air fan will be started up.
• If the air water heater is to be controlled automatically by
means of a room thermostat or a time-clock, set the
selected value on the control device, then adjust the
change-over switch (2) to the position, the heater will now
be switched on and off automatically in conformance with
the settings on the control device
• If the heater does not function property after performance
of these activities, the reason for defective functioning may
be found in chapter NOTICED DEFECTS, CAUSES AND
METHODS OF REMOVAL
SWITCHING OFF THE HEATING MODE
During the manual and automatic control, set the change-
over switch (2) to the “0” position. The burner will switch off
and the fan will stop only after the incineration chamber and
the hot air exchanger are appropriately cooled off.
SWITCHING ON THE VENTILATION MODE
In order to use the heater as a fan exclusively, adjust the
change-over switch (2) to the position
MAINTENANCE
The heater requires regular cleaning and maintenance.
Before starting the cleaning and maintenance, always
switch off the heater from power supply.
CLEANING THE INCINERATION CHAMBER AND THE
EXCHANGER
This activity must be performed minimum once a year or if
needed, after the heating season is finished. Remove soot
from the incineration chamber and the heat exchanger.
The reason for production of the excessive quantity of soot
may be the defective exhaust chimney, bad setting of the
burner or bad fuel quality. The excessive quantity of soot
may be recognised by the fact that the heater will switch off
itself automatically. The access to the incineration chamber
(Fig.2) and the exchanger (1) is possible after unscrewing
the burner (2), removing the housing panels (3, 4,) and the
panels closing the incineration chamber (5, 6).
WARNING: By no circumstances may the heater be
switched off by pulling out the plug from the
electrical socket or by cutting off power supply.
Such a way of switching off the heater may lead to
its serious damage.

WARNING: The device must be installed in
accordance with the regulations applicable in a
given country, and may be started only in a room
which has been appropriately aired.
WARNING: As the closing panels (5, 6) are mounted
again, pay attention to the way in which the sealing
rope is laid, it should be spread uniformly on the
whole circumference, in order to ensure tightness.
