parts. Improper replacement

tal injuries. This will also protect
your warranty coverage for parts
replaced under warranty.

can’t supply original replacement part(s), either
contact your nearest Parts Central or call DESA
Heating Products (US) at 1-866-673-6040 or
DESA Industries (CAN) at 1-905-826-8010.
When calling DESA, have ready
• your name and address
• how heater was malfunctioning
• purchase date
• model and serial numbers of your heater
In most cases, we will ask you to return the part to
the factory.

can’t supply original replacement part(s), either con-
tact your nearest Parts Central listed in the Autho-
rized Service Center booklet supplied with heater or
