TF220s

CHANGING BELTFEEDER

GEARBOX OIL

(See Maintenance Schedule for

frequency)

•

Turn off the engine

•

Open the beltfeeder gearbox

cover guard (A) on the left hand

side of the machine to view the

beltfeeder gearbox.

To drain the gearbox.

•

Remove the Fill plug (B) this will

allow air into the gearbox to

allow it to drain.

•

Remove the Drain plug (C) and

drain the oil to an external

container large enough to hold

all the oil.(Gearbox oil

capacity:0.8 litres)

•

Replace the Drain Plug (C).

•

Now refill the gearbox until the

oil fills the sight glass (D). Use

Gearbox oil: ISO VG 150 or SAE

80W/90

DO NOT OVERFILL THE GEARBOX.

•

Replace the Filler plug (B).

•

Close the beltfeeder gearbox

cover guard.
