CAUTION IN SERVICING
Firmware upgrade
When B/E units are exchanged, it is necessary to execute the upgrade of B/E Firmware and S/P Setting(TSP file).
When F/E units are exchanged, it is necessary to execute the upgrade of F/E Firmware .
1. Initializing for system
1. Press ON/STANDBY button while simultaneously pressing

/- and +/

buttons.
2. Check that "Initializing" is displayed in the FL tube upper row, and release your fingers from the 2 buttons and the
microprocessor will be initialized.
2. Initializing for BD
*The following operations must use remote control.
2.1 Reset
1. Turn on the power on DISC Function and display the HOME MENU.
2. Select the Setting on OSD screen, then press the Cursol

button.
3. Press the Cursol

button 3 times. Select the System.
4. Press the Cursol

button, then press the Cursol

button several times. Select the Reset Settings in lowest.
5. Press the ENTER button, then select OK. Press the ENTER button again.
2.2 Set Parental
1. Turn on the power on DISC Function and display the HOME MENU.
2. Select the Setting on OSD screen, then press the Cursol

button.
3. Press the Cursol

button 3 times, then select the Parental.
4. Press the Cursol

button, then select the Parental Control.
5. If password is demanded, input "0000". Then press the OK button.
6. Parental Control is set to Off.
