TROUBLE SHOOTING
1. MAIN PWB UNIT
1.1. Reset is not cancelled
Check power supply turning on and the reset timing.
b +3.3V_CPU and u-com reset : 200ms or more

u-com reset[TPF506] > System reset[PRST#]
Check soldering.

[IC403]
•
[TR501,TR502] and surrounding circuits.
•
[C584]
Check operation of Flash ROM.
b Check whether the Flash ROM address bus and
the data bus operate.
[IC501] : Check power supply and the control signal.
•
+3.3V_CPU (IC 501_37pin)
•
PRST# (IC501_12pin)
•
SHRD#(IC501_28pin)
•
CS0 (IC501_26pin)
b Replace IC501.
Replace MAIN UNIT.
Check power supply for the SD card.
• [TPF124] +3.3V
Check u-com communication line.
Check part.
• [IC106] and the surrounding constant.
Check communication line with the main u-com.
• Dumping resistance.
Replace MAIN UNIT.
