Operation is even easier when the components in the D-F101 series are connected to the DMD-F101 with system
connections. (For instructions on connections, refer to “CONNECTIONS” on page 5.)

The system functions will only work when the components of the D-F101 series are connected. They will not work
with other components. To use the system functions, connect the receiver (DRA-F101).

When the DMD-F101 is used in a system with the D-F101 series, it can be operated with the system remote control
unit (RC-927) included with the receiver (DRA-F101).

When system connections are made, all the remote control signals are received at the DRA-F101 remote sensor.

The MD related buttons on the system remote control unit included with the receiver are explained below.

Buttons not explained here function in the same way as the remote control unit on the main unit.
Function select switch
Use this to select the function
to be operated with the system
remote control unit. Set the
switch to “MD” to operate the
DMD-F101.
Power on button
(SYSTEM POWER ON)
Press this to turn the system’s
power on.
(This button cannot be used to
turn on the DMD-F101’s power
individually.)
Program/direct button
(PROG/DIRECT)
Call button (CALL)
Clear button (CLEAR)
Repeat button (REPEAT)
Random button (RANDOM)
Manual search forward

(SYSTEM POWER STANDBY)
Press this to set the system
power to the standby mode.
