Checking or Replacement high-pressure plunger seals:
(Please refer to pump assembly.)
Detach the high-pressure hose, dump back hose and inlet hose.
Unscrew the M6 bolts (pos 50) to separate the fluid-end (pos 14) and pump head (pos 45)
assembly from the pump crankcase. It is highly recommended to remove the assembly as a whole
in order to prevent any intermediate components such as valves and spacers etc. from dropping off
and getting lost.
Unscrew M13 nut (pos 16) to remove the gasket (pos 20), ceramic piston (pos 32), separator disk
(pos 15.)
Check plungers (pos 32) for score-marks, replace if necessary.
Reassemble the in reverse order. When reassembling the plungers, ensuring all parts are dry and
free from dirt. Tighten the M13 nut (pos 16) with a suitable torque wrench to the specified setting
in page 30.
