You can click “Add New PTP Clock” to add a new PTP clock.

Check this box and click on 'Save' to delete the clock instance. Unchecked
Clock Instance
Indicates the Instance of a particular Clock Instance [0.3].
Click on the Clock Instance number to edit the Clock details.
