Recalibration Period
We recommend the DL6 is returned every 1 year to Delta-T for recalibration.
Problems
Problem Reports
Always try to isolate the source of the difficulty. This may fall into one of the following
areas. It will help considerably if you can mention as many relevant details as
possible. In particular:
x A description of the fault, its symptoms, or error messages
x
Details of the logging program and of devices connected to it.
x Details of any PC you are using
x
Software version numbers and hardware serial numbers (see below)
Locating version and serial numbers
The Logger serial number and firmware version are displayed on the Logger tab of
the DL6 Control Panel (once communications are established with the logger). The
PC software version number is displayed in Help, About DL6 Control Panel.
Troubleshooting
Flashing LED
The logger should flash if you tap it.
It will not flash or communicate if the battery is low.
