please remember to respect the local regulations:
• The machine is produced with components that can be easily separated by type of
recyclable raw material. These components can be recovered or recycled. If the
electric equipment does not work, send it to an appropriate repair office or waste
handling centre.
• Delta Q is concerned with the recycling of the used capsules.

DESCALING
To ensure maximum quality and satisfaction from your Delta Q coffee, and the longevity
of your equipment, we recommend descaling regularly. Ideally every 3 months, or after
200 coffee extractions.
Follow the security instructions on the Delta Q Descaling Kit.
Avoid contact with eyes, skin, machinery and surfaces around about.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If the equipment is not working properly make the simple checks as set out below:

• Equipment won’t start.
• Not properly plugged
into the power socket.
• Make sure it is properly
plugged in (9).
• The coffee is too cold.
• The machine is not
ready.
• Wait until the tempera-
ture is reached, shown by
the indicator lights (11, 12
and 14).
• Coffee is not being
dispensed or it is being
produced too slowly.
• Not enough water in the
tank.
• Make sure that there
is sufficient water in the
tank and, if necessary, fill
the tank (2) with water.
