If your hob should fail to operate

Before calling for assistance please check the following points.

1 . Check that the mains isolation switch is turned on.

2. Check that the control knob is turned to the correct position.

3. Check that the house fuse or RCB has not tripped.

4. If you should require After Sales Service please call 0990-214814.

For your safety

The product should-only be used for its intended purpose which is for the cooking of
domestic foodstuffs.

Under no circumstances should any external covers be removed for servicing or maintenan-
ce except by suitably qualified personnel.
