Removing the Control Panel Cover 

1.

Follow the procedures in 

Before Working Inside Your Computer

.  

2.

Remove the 

battery

 from the computer.  

 

3.

Remove the three control panel cover screws from the bottom of the computer. 

 

4.

Detach the four control panel cover clips located inside the battery well.
