You can use the Preboot Execution Environment (PXE) option to boot and configure the networked systems, remotely.

To access the 

PXE boot

 option, boot the system and then press F12 during POST instead of using standard Boot Sequence from BIOS 

Setup. It does not pull any menu or allows managing of network devices.
