4. To remove the heatsink fan assembly:

a. Disconnect the heatsink fan assembly cable from the connector on the system board [1].
b. Remove the screws that secure the fan to the heat sink [2].

NOTE:

 Ensure to insert the Torx screw driver from top screw hole to remove the screws.

c. Lift the heatsink fan away from the computer [3].
