Coin-Cell Battery

Remove the 

hard drive

.  

 

3.

 

Remove the 

optical drive

.  

 

4.

 

Remove the 

keyboard

.  

 

5.

 

Remove the 

display assembly

.  

 

6.

 

Remove the 

Mini PCI card

.  

 

7.

 

Remove the 

palm rest

.  

 

8.

 

Locate the coin-cell battery on the system board and use a plastic scribe to gently pry the coin-cell battery out of the connector.
