Replacing the touch pad

Procedure
1 Place the touch pad on the palm-rest assembly.
2 Slide the tabs on the touch-pad bracket into the slots on the palm-rest
assembly.
3 Slide the touch-pad cable into the connector on the touch pad and close the
latch to secure the cable.
4 Align the screw holes on the touch-pad bracket with the screw holes on the
palm-rest assembly.
5 Replace the screws that secure the touch-pad bracket to the palm-rest
assembly.
6 Adhere the tape over the touch-pad bracket.

1 Replace the system board .
2 Replace the heat-sink assembly .
3 Replace the I\O board .
4 Replace the wireless card .
5 Replace the memory module .
