Removing the Keyboard Daughter Board    |

Procedure

1

Lift the latch and disconnect the keyboard cable, the keyboard-backlight cable, 
and the touchpad cable from the keyboard daughter board.

2

Remove the screws that secure the keyboard daughter board to the 
palm-rest assembly.

3

Lift the keyboard daughter board, along with its cable, off the palm-rest assembly.
