NOTE:
There are two optical drive fillers, plastic filler on the front bezel, and metal filler on the optical drive cage.
Steps
1
On the front bezel, insert the tabs on optical drive blank into the slots and push the blank until it locks into place.

On the optical drive cage, hold the tabs on the optical drive filler and push the optical drive filler into the optical drive cage.
