Installing the system board
Prerequisites
Follow the safety guidelines listed in Safety instructions .
CAUTION: Do not lift the system board by holding a memory module, processor, or other components.
CAUTION: Take care not to damage the system identification button while placing the system board into the system.
Steps
1 Unpack the new system board assembly.

CAUTION: Take care not to damage the system identification button while placing the system board into the chassis.
2 Incline the system board toward the front of the system by holding the system board holder and I/O connector cover.

3 Align the USB connectors with the slots on the front of the system until the connectors engage with the slots.
4 Lower the system board and install the screws to secure the system board to the system, by using Hex nut driver-5 mm and Phillips
#2 screwdrivers.
