IMPORTANT POINTS:
1. Please read these instructions, and save them for further reference.
2. Before installation,
TURN OFF THE POWER TO YOUR CEILING FAN
(at the main switch box or fuse box).
3. The receiver must be installed by a licensed electrician.
4. This unit is to be used in an AC220V-240V 50/60Hz supply only.
Do NOT exceed rated power input specification (Rating: Motor max. 100W,
Light max.100W).
5. Do not install in damp locations or immerse in water. (For indoor use only.)
6. Do not remove the male/female plugs, cut leads shorter or pull on any
power leads.

PLEASE NOTE:
The battery will weaken with age and should be replaced
before leaking takes place as this will damage the remote.
8. The batteries must be removed from the remote before it is scrapped and the
batteries shall be disposed of safely.
9. The electric shock protection of the RF receiver is dependent on its installation.
10. The RF receiver shall be used within its rating range, otherwise overheating
may occur that will result in product failure and/or unexplainable operation.

CAUTION: To reduce the risk of fire or injury, do not use this product in
conjunction with any variable (rheostat) wall control.
12.
CAUTION: Do not use a solid-state dimmer with this ceiling fan receiver.

WARNING:
Keep new and used batteries away from children.
14.
CAUTION:
Do not ingest battery - chemical burn hazard.
15. Ensure the batteries are inserted as illustrated with the correct polarity.
16. Dispose of exhausted batteries immediately and safely (so they cannot be
retrieved by children). Flat batteries can still be dangerous. Contact your local
council to safely dispose of the battery.
17. Regularly check the product and make sure the battery box cover is correctly
secured. If the battery compartment does not close securely, stop using the
product and keep it away from children.
18. If you think batteries might have been swallowed or placed inside any part of the body, seek immediate medical
attention and immediately call the 24-hour Poisons Information Centre on

for fast, expert advice.
19. Battery Leaks: Battery contains chemicals and should be treated as any chemical would. Take precautions
when handling leaked battery chemicals. Battery chemicals should not be placed near the eyes or ingested.
