Explanation:
the machine has failed to fill
the ultrasonic tank.
Solution 1:
check if the water tank is
properly docked into the machine.
Solution 2:
make sure that there is
enough water in the water tank.
If this does not help, contact customer support.

Explanation:
there is water in the
ultrasonic tank.
Solution:
run the Drain function by
pressing both buttons while Info menu is
selected.
