9. DEEBOT can't dock in the auto-empty charging station.
(1) As detailed in the user manual, please ensure that the station is placed on a
hard surface, is plugged in, and that there is sufficient room for DEEBOT to
maneuver around the station when it returns to charge.
(2) If the station is placed on a deep-pile carpet or rug, DEEBOT will have more
difficulty returning to charge.
(3) If your floor is completely carpeted, we recommend positioning the station so
that it faces the same direction as the carpet pile (rather than perpendicular to
the carpet).
10. Why does the auto-empty charging station smell strange during emptying?
During emptying, a small amount of the garbage smell will be driven out by the
high-power fan, but this does not affect normal operation.
We recommend replacing the disposable dust bag regularly.
11. I have a CH1833/CH1822 charging station at home. Can the T8 distinguish
between them?
(1) The T8 can recognize both CH1833/CH1822 charging stations and the auto-
empty station. If you have both types installed in your home, it will choose to
return to the auto-empty station over the other type.
(2) If you purchase an auto-empty station assembly, we recommend removing the
CH1833/CH1822.
