The titanium anode is in open circuit or
the tank is empty.
Production of domestic hot water is stopped. This may be
reactivated for 24 hours by disconnecting and
reconnecting the power supply to the boiler.
Advise the installer.

A short circuit has occurred on the
titanium anode or connection
reversed.

presence of an override on a remote control.

domestic water exchanger purge cycle.
