STEP 1
Preassemble the bottom cross support tube and brackets as shown with ¼ “x 2 ¼” bolts
while leaving the nuts loose.
STEP 2
Preassemble the Base Plates and Tires as shown below. The regular nut should be
between the wheel and base and the serrated nut should be to the outside of the
base plate. Take care to tighten the bolt and nuts to allow the tire to spin freely but
not be loose on the bolt.
Use 2
-½” x 3 ¼” bolts. If dual wheels were purchased see
the included instructions.
Step 3
Tap ends caps into Leg
Uprights as shown below with a hammer using light taps.
