1. Remove the packaging from the blender.
2. Check that the blender or the assembly parts are not
damaged. If such is the case, do not use the blender and
return it to where it was purchased.
B/ Assembly of the blender
• Inappropriate use of the blender or of the different elements
can cause serious damage.
• Turn off the blender and disconnect the plug from the mains
before assembling or taking it apart.
• The blender has a safety device. It can only be used with
the jug firmly in place.
• The blender jug carries the symbol of a triangle on its
lower side. The motor base has the symbols of an open
and closed lock.
• Place the jug on the base so that the triangle on the jug is
pointing towards the open lock .
• Turn the jug clockwise until the triangle is pointing towards
the closed lock . Hold the base with both hands. You will
hear when the jug is firmly in place.
• Place the lid on the jug so that the symbols are in the
following position:
• And turn the lid anticlockwise, until the symbols are
totally aligned with the spout of the jug.
• The first step is done.
