other recipient containing water! However, if the
appliance falls into water:

Unplug it immediately.

Do not place your hands in the water.

Make sure the appliance is checked by
a qualified electrician (*) before using it
again.
• If the dryer is used in the bathroom, always
unplug it when it is not in use, as the proximity
of the water could imply danger even when
the straightener is switched off.
• Always make sure that the appliance is not
wet (splashes…) and never handle it with
when your hands are wet in order to prevent
electrical shock.
• Unplug the appliance when not in use or even
if you leave it for a minute.
• The air intake grille will inevitably heat up
when the appliance is in use. Make sure that
the cord does not come into contacdt with the
air intake when appliance is being used.
