Repairing Service

From the date of purchase, you can get one year warranty if our appointed repairman
confirms that the problems or the defects are cause by production process or material.

Except for the changes of blade.
）

This free service doesn’t include the attachment, auxiliary device, transportation charge,
and door-to-door service charge.
⚫
It can only be valid as the date of purchase both in warranty card and purchase voucher
are matched.
⚫
Warranty card and invoice or other purchase voucher should be provided when
repairing.
⚫
The warranty card only can be used in American mainland.
⚫
The warranty card is the evidence of free repairing within specified conditions and
period. But it doesn’t limit the rights of consumers in law.
⚫
Please keep the warranty card well after purchase.
Free repairing service can’t be provided under the following conditions:
Clean the left hairs in cutting head
Hold the moving blade base and clean the left hairs
Clean the left hairs in product body by brush
Put a drip of oil to each circles

The damage was caused by the repair or reconstruct in the place which isn’t appointed
by our company.
⚫
The damage was caused by incorrect use, dropping, or accidents.
⚫
The damage was caused by natural disaster or abnormal voltage.
⚫
The damage was caused by industrial use, commercial use, or some other uses which
are out of the ranges mentioned in instruction manual.

Warning!

Don’t take the adaptor out from the socket by wet hands to avoid the risk of electric
shock.
⚫
As soon as the charging is finished, take the adaptor out from the power socket and
take the plug out from the product
⚫
Please hold the plug and take it out. Don’t pull the cord in order to avoid any damage
for the adaptor.
⚫
Don’t charge the product more than 6 hours each time. Otherwise, the life time of
battery will be reduced.
The characteristics can change without preliminary preventing
To provide additional protection, the installation, in the electrical circuit supplying the
bathroom, of residual current device (RCD) of rated residual operating current, not
exceeding 30mA, is recommended. Ask your installer for advice.
NOTE: A circuit breaker is not a residual current device (RCD).
Disposal
The packaging is made entirely of recyclable materials, which you may dispose of at local recycling facilities.
Observe the marking of the packaging
materials for waste separation, which

numbers (b) with following meaning:1–7: plastics / 20–22: paper and
fibreboard / 80–98: composite materials.
The product and packaging materials are recyclable, dispose of it separately for better waste treatment.

Contact your local refuse disposal authority for more details of how to dispose of your worn-out
product.
To help protect the environment, please dispose of the product properly when it has reached the end of
its useful life and not in the household waste. Information on collection points and their opening hours
can be obtained from your local authority.
Faulty or used batteries/rechargeable batteries must be recycled in accordance with
Directive 2006/66/EC and its amendments. Please return the batteries/rechargeable
batteries and / or the product to the available collection points.

rechargeable batteries!
Batteries / rechargeable batteries may not be dis posed of with the usual domestic waste. They may
contain toxic heavy metals and are subject to hazardous waste treatment rules and regulations. The
chemical symbols for heavy metals are as follows: Cd = cadmium, Hg = mercury, Pb = lead. That is
why you should dispose of used batteries / recharge- able batteries at a local collection point.
