WARRANTY CONDITIONS
Our company guarantees the good operation of the products and the non-defectiveness
of the materials used.
1. The warranty holds for 36 months as long as you are the first buyer.
2. The transfer of the devices for service burdens the customer.
3. The warranty holds from the day of purchase of the device mentioned on the
certified proof of purchase (receipt for retail sales, note). On the receipt, besides of
the purchase date, the name of the buyer, the brand and model of the device are also
displayed.
4. The company within the above time limits, in case of malfunction is responsible
to repair the device and replace any defective parts, given that the malfunction
originated from the construction of the device and not from misuse or mistreatment
after its delivery to the buyer.
5. The normal operation of the device during the first six months of its usage confirms
the original non-defectiveness of the device. Any opposition must be proved by the
customer.
6. The repair of the individual accessories does not bear any extension of the warranty
time of the product.
7. The warranty will no longer apply in case of repair, or intervention from individuals that
are not certified from our Company.
8. In case of shipping of the device to the Service center, during the active time of the
warranty, the device shall be accompanied by a photocopy of the purchase receipt.
9. The company approves the replacement of the device, only in the case that the repair
of the damage cannot take place.
10. The warranty DOES NOT cover crystals, ceramics (hobs) and aesthetic parts of the
device.
11. Please read the instructions carefully. The non-intended call of a certified technician
burdens the customer.
12. For your warranty to apply, you must keep your receipt in a good condition.
