STEP TWO: Handle Assembly
Note:
The handle assembly is designed to be laid flat across the top of the frame when not
required to move the 5290HRS system.
1) Insert one each item 11 (tube plug) into each end of the item 6 (handle).
2) Loosely mount the item 7 (brace) to the two item 6 (handle) using item 9 (bolt), item 13
(washer 5/16 x 5/8) and item 10 (conelock nut) on each end – do not fully tighten yet.
Set aside handle and brace assembly for now.
3) Loosely mount two each item 8 (handle bracket) to the two top corners of the frame –
engine end using item 9 (bolt) and item 10 (conelock nut) on each end – do not fully
tighten yet.
4) Take the handle and brace assembly and mount it to the handle brackets using item 9
(bolt) and item 10 (conelock nut) on each side - do not fully tighten yet.
5) Tighten the various item 9 (bolt) and item 10 (conelock nut) starting with the four holding
the item 8 (handle bracket) to the frame, then the two holding the item 7 (brace) to the
two item 6 (handle).
6) Finally tighten the two bolts holding the handle and brace assembly to the handle
brackets, ensuring it is still free to move from the vertical (transport position) to the
horizontal (storage position).
