STEP ONE: Wheel Assembly
1) Slide item 2 (axle) through the two holes in the plates affixed to the bottom side of the
5290HRS frame (engine end).
2) Slide one each item 4 (spacer) over each end of the item 2 (axle)
3) Slide one each item 3 (washer) over each end of the item 2 (axle)
4) Slide one each item 1 (rubber wheel) over each end of the item 2 (axle)
5) Slide one each item 3 (washer) over each end of the item 2 (axle)
6) Insert one each item 5 (split pin) into the hole at each end of the item 2 (axle)
7) Separate the split pin to ensure retention of the wheels – see below
NOTE:
The rubber feet or mounts enclosed with the 5190HRS or 5290HRS must be fitted to
the frame to ensure wheels will not engage with the ground when in stationary position.
