Every user can create one watt controlled program for himself with a duration of up to
30 minutes. Make copies of the blank diagrams provided at the end of this user manual
(page 24) and use them to design your own programs.
Here is the procedure to create a watt controlled program:
Select Watt.
Select Modify and start "drawing".
Turn the control button to the left/right to increase/decrease the height of the bar on the display
until you set the bar to the proper height.
Every drawn bar corresponds to a training duration of one minute.
When your program is finished press the function key and answer the question:
The same procedure applies also for the modification of an existing personal program.
"Erase the bars starting here?" Answer "Yes" or "No" (meaning: program ends either after
the last value/bar entered or, if present, after the last existing value/bar) and select Training.
