PICKUP – PRODUCTION GUIDE

ituneS SettinGS

prepare for picKup

Open iTunes, then choose Preferences, and Advanced from 
the iTunes menu. Choose General. Check the top two boxes 
to create the best basic structure for your PICKUP files.

Click on Importing. Choose Import Using MP3 Encoder 
and 160 kbps quality. This will not automatically con-
vert the content to MP3 files, however. Use the Convert 
Selection to MP3 command from the Advanced menu 
to convert files from other formats. 

Note >

 Don’t forget to change or reset the Importing 

options next time you use iTunes for other purposes.
