Save the data log

The Data Logger allows you to view and log output voltage and current data for up to 10,000 hours (for single
output, depending on the memory size) and up to 5 MB of data.

You can configure the Data Logger View to display voltage or current waveforms for all outputs. Once data logging
completes, the data is automatically stored to a file named default.dlog.

Logging data

In the following data log example, a user-defined arbitrary waveform is captured on the data logger. The data logger
records the actual output current of the arbitrary waveform.

Step 1 – Program the sequence for the output channel

Configure the output sequence as described under

List Arb

.

Program the output voltage, current and time values as follows:

Step 0: 0.5 V; 8 A; 1 s
Step 1: 1 V; 8 A; 1 s
Step 2: 2 V; 8 A; 1 s
Step 3: 3 V; 8 A; 1 s
Step 4: 4 V; 8 A; 1 s
