1. Introduction
Congratulations on your purchase of the DI-789 Repeater board. The DI-789 Repeater board is a specially designed
Ethernet switch that maintains synchonicity between DI-720/730/785/788 products that require distances greater than
100 meters apart.
Features
Features of model DI-789 include:

Compatability with all DATAQ Instruments Ethernet Synchronous devices (DI-720, DI-730, DI-785, DI-
788).

Expands distance between syncrhonous Ethernet devices by 100 meters.
•
12 VDC Power adapter included.
•
Activity LEDs for power, Ethernet activity, and indication of Lost Sync.

All software required to setup DI-789 instruments is included with purchase.
