Changing Segment Settings:

Show the current bypass settings:

show bypass mode
datacom>
show bypass status

show bypass heartbeat

Enter configuration mode for a segment:

configure segment 1

Enable/Disable link fault detection:
datacom(segment[1])>
lfd <enabled/disabled>

Set segment boot-mode:
