You can verify the operation of a DT9857 or DT9857E module using the QuickDAQ 
application. 

QuickDAQ allows you to acquire and analyze data from all Data Translation USB and 
Ethernet devices, except the DT9841 Series, DT9817, DT9835, and DT9853/54. This chapter 
describes how to verify the operation of a DT9857 or DT9857E module using the QuickDAQ 
base version.
