f. Effective Number of Bits (ENOB) is calculated from the SINAD value with adjustment for level below full-scale of the input signal.

g. Signal to Noise and Distortion (SINAD) is the ratio of the RMS value of the input signal to the RMS sum of all other spectral
components, excluding DC.
h. Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR) is the ratio of the RMS value of the input signal to the RMS sum of all other spectral components,
excluding harmonics and DC.
i. Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) is the ratio of the RMS value of the input signal to the RMS sum of all harmonics.
j. Spurious Free Dynamic Range (SFDR) is the ratio of the RMS full-scale range to the RMS value of the largest peak spurious
component, including harmonics.
