DESCRIPTION
1 (Low)
Use when first combining flour and other dry ingredients with
liquid mixtures. Can also be used for thicker mixtures such as
cookie dough, herb butter and muffins.
2-3 (Low-Medium) Use for mixtures such as brownies, frostings, cakes and dips.
4 (Medium)
Use for airy mixtures such as whipped cream and
marshmallows.
5 (Medium-High)
Use for fast beating or whipping. Ideal for semi-thick mixtures
such as mashed potatoes and meringues.
6-7 (High)
Use for handling thick mixtures such as cake.
Turbo
Add as a burst of power to any speed setting.
