This device is not intended for use in an oxygen rich environ-
ment.
• At least 2 hours required for the device to warm / cool from
the minimum / maximum storage temperature between uses
until it is ready for intended use when the ambient tempera-
ture is 20°C.
• Don’t use near active High Frequency surgical equipment
and the RF shielded room of an Medical Equipment system for
magnetic resonance imaging, where the intensity of Electro
Magnetic disturbances is high.
• Portable RF communications equipment (including periph-
erals such as antenna cables and external antennas) should
be used no closer than 30 cm (12 inches) to any part of this
equipment, including cables specified by the manufacturer.
Otherwise, degradation of the performance of this equipment
could result.
• Use of this equipment adjacent to or stacked with other
equipment should be avoided because
it could result in improper operation. If such use is necessary,
this equipment and the other equipment should be observed
to verify that they are operating normally.
• No modifications of this equipment are allowed. This may
result in increased EMISSIONS or decreased IMMUNITY of
the scale.
• Worn batteries are hazardous waste. Do NOT dispose of
them together with the household garbage.
Please refer to the local ordinances and recycling instructions
regarding disposal of the worn batteries and scrapped device.
If you do not intend to use this unit for a prolonged period of
time, it is advisable to remove the batteries before storing.
Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc), or rechargeable
(Ni-Cd, Ni-MH, etc) batteries
