6.4 TEMPERATURE SETTINGS
a) Locate the temperature stage setting controls as shown above, turn on
Control/Power module isolator and note prevailing temperature measured at
master dehumidifier.
b) Set first stage temperature required by adjusting control ‘A’.
c) Set switch ‘B’ to “Set Point Check” and adjust ‘C’ to raise or lower
temperature display. And note actual switching point of stage 1 (as set a (b)
above). Re-adjust ‘A’ and check by varying control ‘C’ until desired setting
achieved.
d) Repeat B and C for all 4 or 6 stages then revert setting switch ‘B’ to “Normal
run position”.
6.5 START UP
a) Ensure all the timers, stage RH and Air temp settings have been set as
shown sections 6.1 to 6.4.
b) Ensure all stage override switches are set as required (note any stage can be
switched out of a sequence by switching it to override see below).
c) Close control panel door and push ‘start’ button on front of module. The
“sequence running” light will illuminate after “wait” light has gone out.
NOTES
a) The “Sequence Finished” light will illuminate when all selected stages have
timed out.
b) The ‘STOP’ button must be pushed after the “Sequence Finished” light has
illuminated before another sequence can be started.
c) If the ‘STOP’ button is pushed before any of the stage timers have finished
the system will revert to the beginning on Re-start and NOT to the point of
interruption.
