QuicKLEEN MAINTENANCE
Check the QuicKLEEN daily for safe operation:
Routine maintenance should only be
performed by those permitted by federal and state regulations. Repairs should only be
completed by Dane Technologies or an authorized service technician.
Batteries:
Recharge to a full charge after each day's usage or when not in use.
Throttle Control:
(Acceleration and braking) Check for proper operation every time the
QuicKLEEN is operated. See "OPERATION OF THE QuicKLEEN
”.
MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE
Keep you QuicKLEEN Shining
Minimum maintenance is required to increase your service ease and dependability.
Wipe clean with mild household cleaner and a damp cloth.

Maintain battery charge. When not in use, turn
the QuicKLEEN "OFF" to prevent battery
drainage.

Charge overnight, every night.
We
recommend keeping the QuicKLEEN plugged
into a wall outlet when not in use. Extended
charging will not damage the batteries

Clean upholstery, plastic and metal with a mild
surface cleaner.

Check and tighten any exposed fasteners.
X
Check wheel bearings for roughness during
rotation. Replace if necessary.

Check charge cord receptacle.
X
Check all electrical connections for clean
contact. Inspect seat structure for wear.
Inspect seat switch operation to insure wire
assembly is properly connected. Check tires
for wear.

Have your authorized service center check
your QuicKLEEN completely. Inspect seat
bracket and bolts for wear.

Circuit Breaker Replacement Instructions
An automatic resetting circuit breaker protects the wiring and battery in the event of a
short circuit.
