A: This problem may have several causes. Please check the following items:
1.Some network functions can not be used in the home (e.g., Youtube video, CNN news, BBC news and so on), for details
please refer to the local network .
2. Please restart the So World TV it you can not search the wireless IP address.
Q:Why can’t I record the TV program when I use the So World TV?
A: This problem may have several causes. Please check the following items:
1) Please make sure that the set-top box or satellite television receiver is turned on.
2) Keep the TV with the channel you want to record programs, otherwise, the programs recorded will not be what you want
to record.
3) Make sure the connection with the player’s AV in port is correct, and the connection with TV is also right.
