Occasionally, a problem may arise that is minor in nature, and a service call may not be necessary. Use this troubleshoot-

1.Check if the power supply is appropriate.
2.Check if the power cord is connected
properly to unit and power supply.

1. Ice is full.
2.Temperature is lower than
5°C.
1. Remove the ice.
2. Move the ice maker to a warmer place
where the ambient temperature is higher
than 5°C.
ADD WATER indicator is on.
Water shortage.
1. Add drinkable water into ice maker, and
press button.
2. Water supply system may be damaged.

Ice making box is in a incor-
rect position.
1. Check whether any foreign object is stuck
in the ice making box.
2. Internal components may be damaged.

4. Refrigerant leaks.
1. Clean any dust off the air inlet and outlet.
