The installation location for the Stausafe RS must be selected so that all drain points at risk of backwater are protected.
Observe a rest period of at least 1 m before and after the backwater closure. It must hereby be ensured that the facilities will
not be used in the event of backwater. No rain water may be routed through the backwater closure. The functional parts that
are provided on the integrated backwater closure for service work must be accessible and it must be possible to run the
functional check according to DIN 1986-3.

2. the Stausafe must be level in both axes.
