Make sure that the elastic rubber safety rope

is properly attached
to the cover ring and the housing in order to prevent the cover ring
with bubble from accidentally falling down later during operation of
the unit.

Attach the cover ring with bubble to the housing and turn it clock-
wise until it noticeably locks into place (see Fig. 16).
